Joseph T. Regard was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar 1987, United States Patent & Trademark Office 1991, and Texas State Bar 1994. He has been involved in Patent or Trademark disputes before Federal District Courts as well as the Patent Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and the Multi-District Panel in Washington, D.C. Mr. Regard is admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana. All work undertaken by the firm receives the personal attention of Joseph Regard, thus assuring that each case is represented at every stage of the prosecution with the full technical and professionl expertise of the firms's president.
